M.E.A.D. Education SA has been founded on November 26, 1999, and established in St-Sulpice/Lausanne, Switzerland. The core activity is to provide continuing education by offering post-graduate courses to world-wide professionals in technology, and particularly in the field of semiconductors.
The courses offered by MEAD are taught by world-wide leading technical fellows and professors, from high-technology companies and/or universities. The inclusion of both academic and industrial instructors allows the coverage of the theoretical as well as practical aspects of the area.
Each course focuses on the state-of-the-art of a specific topic of current interest to industry. The particularly intensive format of the course allows a complete coverage of subjects in a relatively short time. Participants have the possibility to ask questions interactively and also to discuss some of their particular technical problems with the instructors.
Most of the courses are offered in collaboration with state and national universities, and are attended by their PhD students who can receive ECTS credits.
The courses are offered as live classes, online and in-house according to our customers needs. During each live class, social events are organized where participants and instructors can have informal discussions in a friendly atmosphere.
